Birma’s people

History is happening in Birma.
After more than 20 years of military rule and house arrest for Aung San Suu Kyi, Aung San’s daughter, she was released in Nov 2010 and enabled to take part and win 43 of the 45 available seats in the April 1 2012 by-elections. Sanctions are being withdrawn and soon the big investors will come to the country to built and develop. I was there just before the elections took part, to feel the countries hope for change, and take images of the main sites now…

Bay Regatta – Phang Nga Krabi Phuket Thailand

Slow down and enjoy life, it’s not only the scenery you miss by going fast, you also miss the sense of where you are going and why

A gathering of angels appeared above our heads
They sang to me this song of hope
And this is what they said, they said

Come sail away
Come sail away
Come sail away with me …lads

I thought that they were angels
But to my surprise
We climbed aboard their starship
And headed for the skies
Singing …

Come sail away
Come sail away
Come sail away with me …
